  2. Provide a 360-Degree Video: As part of the return/exchange process, we require a 360-degree video of the product to clearly show the defect or incorrect item. This helps us understand the issue and process your request efficiently.
  3. Approval: Once we receive your request and video, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange.
  4. Return Shipping: If approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 days.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a defective or incorrect product for the same item, follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you a replacement.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
